The Roost - Escape from it all!

Tippins Farm is a 25 acre hillside estate in a stunning location. Situated at the end of a very long drive, set well away from the road. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but with the top notch pub The Baiting House across the road! Why not escape from it all? Enjoy stunning views across the Teme Valley towards the Malvern hills, pick fruit in the orchard, stroll down to the brook, watch birds of prey or just relax and soak up the sounds of the countryside. Situated overlooking the Upper Sapey Golf course and the endless countryside beyond. Modern, spacious, and well equipped The Roost is a perfect spot as a relaxing hideaway or a base to explore the area. The Roost is a detached barn, set within the main farm courtyard with a lovely private patio area. The accommodation consists of a large king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. An open plan kitchen, lounge, dining living area. A sofa bed in the living area can be used for a third guest, please note the bathroom is ensuite to the main bedroom. The kitchen doors lead onto the private patio; a perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxing with a book. Extra useful info - Garden table and chairs are provided along with a Webber BBQ. The Roost can be booked with Faraway Barn (sleeps 4) to cater to larger groups sleeping total of 7 people. The Roost is suitable for well behaved pets and has a enclosed courtyard.
