Apartment/room at Skallberget

NOTE!!!! BEFORE YOU BOOK ASK A QUESTION IF THE DAYS ARE AVAILABLE, PLEASE DONT BOOK WITHOUT ASKING FIRST! I keep most days closed but I can open the days if it's possible. If you have no reviews, an valid reason an ID needs to be provided. U have the apartment for yourself, but it needs to be available for me when needed during your whole stay. Please ask before you book and keep a good communication. One room apartment with a large bed and sofa. Fully equiped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and private balcony. Contact ( email and phone number ) information is left in the apartment on the information sheet. Quiet are close to the center of the town. Buss communications are good and it is also walking distance form the train station and the center. Grocery stores, farmacy, restaurants are very close to the apartment. It's also close to outside gym and running track. From the center it's a 5-7 min bussride or a 20-25 min walk. The train station is located around 5 min walk from the center. Stores are 5-10 min walk. Farmacy 5 min walk. Bussstop just outside. Restaurants is 5-10 min walk. Outside gym and running track is 15 min walk. Needs to be quiet after 21.00. meaning no loud noises or party. The guest is responsible for keeping the apartment and it's utilities clean at your stay. You as a guest is requiered to empty the trash and do the dishes and clean after yourself in every area if the apartment. The guest is also to leave the apartment clean and in same condition as it was. The guest is responsible for not breaking anything or losing anything, including the keys. If this happens you will be charged! The bed clothes and the towels is washed by the host.
