The house is located between Bologna and Modena, 500 mt from train station. You will love the light and colours, its old wodden beams, the jacuzzi and the cosy atmosphere. Only 2 km from Highway exit Valsamoggia. Bellissima mansarda di 130 mq con travi a vista degli anni '50. Luminosa, colorata e intima. Vi piacerà l'atmosfera, la filodiffusione, la vasca idromassaggio. A soli 2km dal casello Valsamoggia, tra Modena e Bologna. Non affitto per periodi superiori al MESE. La casa si trova a 15 km da Bologna, in zona si possono visitare Ducati, Ferrari, Lamborghini o i bellissimi paesi medievali come Vignola, Monteveglio, Bazzano e naturalmente Bologna e Modena. House is only 15 km from B ologna and 20 km from Modena. Near by you can visit Ducati, Ferrari, Lamborghini's museums and lovely medieval villages such as Vignola, Monteveglio, Bazzano. And of course Bologna and Modena. You have your own parking space and access to the whole loft. I am available to advise you on tours, restaurants, museums etc.. The surrounding are very quiet.
