The unit features a kitchenette w induction plates, dining area, sofa and streaming TV (no cable TV). Brand new Queen bed, extra linen, drawer and cloth rack. Your own bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and shampoo are provided. No AC, no laundry Parking on the property. Hosts are usually available during the day (Airbnb message) Quiet and green neighborhood. Close to Route 2 and I-190. few minutes to commuter rail in Shirley. 10 min to Walmart, Market Basket or Aldi. 5 min to Target or to Leominster. No smoking in unit and no smoking on whole property. We can put iron and ironing board in unit if needed.
