Oasis apartment in the heart of Veszprém

Our renovated, comfortable, fully equipped apartment is situated in the university district of Veszprém, in a quiet environment, close to the city centre. It is the perfect place to rest and relax on a 1 or 2-day long journey to Veszprém or its surroundings, or a 1 or 2-week long business or study visit. The apartment is situated opposing west, the result of which is the natural sunlight that one can enjoy from morning till sunset in the apartment. It is a 45m2, well-lit apartment including spacious rooms (a room with a separate entrance, a kitchen, a dining room with a convertible sofa, a bathroom and a separate toilet and a corridor). The apartment is located in a quiet and calm neighbourhood; among the houses, we can find shaded green areas, a playground and a sports centre. Most of the buildings of the university can be found 1 or 2 streets away, but the stadium, the old town, the ZOO, the city centre and diverse shopping and free-time facilities can be reached by a short walk. The apartment is fully equipped and newly renovated. The whole apartment is available for reservation, guests do not have to share it with strangers. E-mail, mobile, personal (if needed) Veszprém and its surroundings, the Balaton-felvidék (Balaton Uplands), await the visitors with Hungary's most beautiful sights to see. In my flat, travellers can rest and get ready for their next day in a cosy environment. No matter in which direction we start to walk, we can find a bus station of one of the local bus lines only a street away. It is possible to park the car in the street of the apartment or in the surrounding streets for FREE (there are no reserved places for residents, but there are usually places to park). There are grocery stores, a bakery, a café, restaurants and solarium nearby. Because this is a condo, we kindly ask you to respect the rules of cohabitation. It is not allowed to make loud noises at night, throw away rubbish or disturb the residents in any other way.
