Auckland: Cozy Room in 3bdm house

The house is in cul-de-sak position so it's very quiet. There is a few big trees so that in the morning you can hear lovely chirping of the birds. The house is on a small hill so there is a Million dollars view of Auckland Harbour bridge and the sea from the deck. It's very sunny and warm most of the year. There are bus station & motorways to all directions in Auckland. Supermarkets and Shopping malls (Westcity, Westgate, North West, Pak' n &Save...) in a few minutes drive or near 20 min walk. The bedroom for guests is on the eastern side of the house so the morning sun comes through. The rest of the house has 1 other bedroom, Office, inner single garage, (3x4)m2 deck attatched to the house, (2x2.5)m2 deck with a storage house in the garden for joyful time such as drinks, or just relax on the sun with privacy provided by wooden partitions. Table and chairs as well as beach bed and blankets provided for guests to use in the garden. Lounge is fashionably placed with new furniture, curtains, rug, coffee tables for refreshments while watching large Sony TV with many programmes. Kitchen is modern and well tiled. Bathroom is very much tiled, with a spa bath and shower. All rooms are very clean and furnished in a very fashionable way. You will stay in a very cosy room with a new furniture, bed, cotton bed clothings. 40'' Led TV , WiFi, a few books for reading and tourist brochures. The property has gates which will be closed at night time and in absense of people on the property. There is a space for one car available. Guests are able access lounge, kitchen, bathroom, hall, decks, garden. I'm glad to help with any inquiries during your stay. The neighborhood is very pleasant and peaceful. Lots of birdsong from our native birds in a few grown trees surrounding my property. I live in a built-up area with one level houses. It has many native trees, parks and flowers. Our street is not long and quiet. There is a bus stop that is close to the end of my driveway. Buses available to the City centre, Shopping malls, movie theatres in fact to all directions you wish to go. Taxis are a phone call away. Uber is a very affordable and convenient transport for special trips. I have Bengal cat Diva as a pet. I live on the edge of the Winery Trail of West Auckland. I live close to movie theatres, West Wave swimming pool, Trust Stadium, North West Shopping Mall, churches, Indoor go-carts. West Coast beaches (Bethalls and Muriwai) are 25 minute drive. Piha Beach is 45 min drive. The North Shore Beaches are in 20 min drive. There are local tennis courts, bridge club, ten-pin bowling, pool room, bars, badminton club etc...
