It consists of a living room connected to a kitchenette and two walk-through bedrooms. There is also of course a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The whole space is designed in light colors and provides a pleasant atmosphere. A free parking spot in the building’s garage comes with the accommodation as well. LIVING ROOM / KUCHYNĚ Make yourself a wonderful meal in the minimalist kitchen or relax in front of the TV. There is also a sofa bed for two guests. - Smart TV with Netflix - Fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee machine - Sofa bed for 2 BEDROOMS The apartment has two walk-through bedrooms in total. In the first one, there are two single beds. The second bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, TV, and balcony entrance. The layout is ideal for families. - King-sized bed - 2 single beds - Balcony BATHROOM - Bathub - Hairdryer - Free toiletries - Washing machine SURROUNDINGS The apartment is located in Modřany, Prague 12. It is a very calm and quiet area of the city. Everything one might need is just around the corner. A cafe or a playground is basically right below the building, a supermarket is just across the street and a cinema is also closeby. If you would like to visit a restaurant, you don’t have to go very far to enjoy various kinds of cuisines. - Calm, mostly residential part of Prague - Restaurants and cafés closeby PUBLIC TRANSPORT Since the apartment is located just a few steps from a bus stop, using public transport is very easy. You can reach the metro station Kačerov in around 18 minutes by bus. If you prefer traveling in a car, you can of course use the garage in the building. GUEST REGISTRATION Please note that as a part of the check-in process, all guests are required to fill out a simple online registration form ahead of their arrival as required by the Czech law. 2. CHECK-IN We offer several check-in options to meet your needs including flexible online self check-in. If you prefer to complete the check-in in person, we are happy to meet you at our central reception at Revoluční 17, which is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. 3. GUEST COUNT Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. If you wish for separate beds or bedrooms, let us know at least 1 day before your arrival. Extra bedding and towels after check-in can be provided for a fee of 150 CZK per set, with a minimum of 2 sets per delivery.
