Spacious family home near watergate

Kandahar was constructed in 2017 and designed around the countryside and coastline views with an emphasis on open plan living for families. The house is in a great location approximately 1 mile from the surfing beach's of Watergate bay and Mawgan Porth. Both beaches boast great facilities including pubs, grocery stores and restaurants, including Jamie Oliver's fifteen. The Eden Project is 20 minutes away by car and the house is in a prime location to explore the whole of Cornwall. Kandahar can easily accommodate 8 guests and has lots of open plan space for entertaining and relaxing. Guests have full access and use of the whole house, gardens and gym. The house is located on a private road at the bottom of a secluded driveway, backing onto fields in a great private location. A local bus service is at the bottom of the road and Newquay airport is only 1 mile away. A great village pub serving food is 300m away and the village seasonal shop is just down the road.
