Thank you.   Located on the 16th fairway, it has been completely renovated to feature a "Great Room" with hickory wood floors Custom-made kitchen island that seats 6 Large wall-mounted flat screen TV, visible throughout living area New sectional in the living room The large deck faces golf course - Owner added an addition to the deck to bring you even closer to nature and the scenic view Guests in master bedroom wake to the sun rising through the pines over fairway, then shade shelters the deck by mid-afternoon on warm summer days Newer appliances and  furnishings This owner upgrades the home every year with plenty of extras and upgrades Must see to appreciate all this home offers -- owner even provides coffee!   Guests will have use of the entire home, the deck, the property and the garage. When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately one block from the home! This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season) We are a Vacation Rental management company that is open 7 days a week. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests and texts is: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season to answer any questions you may have! Just 3 miles down the hill are shops, restaurants and fun activities. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River from this home and there are easy hiking and biking trails within just one mile of this home. There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance of this home. You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes. 3 night minimum over holidays.  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year.
