This basement apartment is close to public transport and Merthyr town centre. Bikepark Wales is within cycling distance and the Taff Trail is a short walk away. The Brecon Beacons are just up the road and Cardiff is a 35 minute drive away. You’ll love it here because of the outdoor space, the ambience and the informal environment. It is great for families and groups of friends. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a lounge with a pull out double sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen includes oven and microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a flat screen TV in the lounge. The self contained undercover patio area has a Weber BBQ and seating for 6 people. Secure bike storage and bike washing facilities are also available. We live in the house above the accommodation so we are available at short notice. We are within walking distance of the town centre with access to a large supermarket, banks, cinema, ten-pin bowling and various restaurants catering for all tastes. Within walking distance of Merthyr Tydfil train station with regular connections to Cardiff. Parking is available in a public car park situated at the back of the property.
