The property offers the following facilities: on the ground floor a large and bright living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious porch with barbecue. On the first floor, you will instead find three bedrooms with king-size bed, a studio with a single sofa-bed and two bathrooms. On the second floor, bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom and terrace. This land is famous worldwide for its wine, the “Barbera Superiore”, and the Alba white truffle. By staying in our property you will enjoy an amazing view over the hills and vineyards (Unesco Heritage), will be able to sip a glass of wine by the pool and will find all necessary amenities to make your experience unforgettable. The Villa has been recently refurbished. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, a dining room, the kitchen, a storage closet with washing machine, one bathroom with a shower and a nice porch with table and chairs. By using the modern design staircase, you will then reach the first floor, having two open studios, the main bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closed and en-suite bathroom, two additional big bedrooms each with a king-size bed, and a second bathroom. Lastly, an additional studio with a single sofa-bed is also available. On the outside you can enjoy a great, where to relax looking at the stunning view, or can jump into the big swimming pool. A wood changing room is available for your convenience. Close to the main building there is also a barbecue area where to spend your evenings, enjoying a glass of wine and eating local products. Most of them are in Canelli and Nizza Monferrato (10 minutes by car from the house). Some tasting events are often organized, You can also easily reach the most famous wine area in Piemonte, Barolo, in less than 40 minutes by car. From Vaglio Serra you can easily reach: - Acqui Terme ,famous for the hot geotermal water coming up from the ground. 15 minutes by car. -Canelli and Nizza Monferrato famous for their wine factories and underground wine cellars. - Noli and Varigotti (two beautiful small villages by the sea where you can find nice beaches and eat really good fish) are just 60 minutes away by car. Also the big cities are easily reachable: - Torino, 60 minutes by car. - Genova, 60 minutes by car. - Milano, 90 minutes by car.
