Ipswich Central Cottage, Close to Hospitals & Entertainment.

The perfect home away from home, the cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, separate dinning/study area and two lounge spaces. The cottage has reverse cycle air-conditioning, high seed NBN internet access and is located a few minutes drive from the center of town and hospital precinct. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house and each feature a firm queen size bed. If less than two guests are booked and you need access to the 2nd bedroom, a small additional fee of $30/night charged. Single bed also available at small additional cost. The cottage has been renovated with luxury finishes and fittings while still feeling homely. Both beds have brand new firm mattresses with lovely soft pillow tops and high quality linen. Fully stocked kitchen and all bathroom amenities included. Guests have access to the entire cottage including off street parking for two vehicles. We are friendly hosts always just a phone call away, but keen to give you your space to enjoy the house. The cottage is in a fantastic spot, within easy walking distance to lots of food options. The popular 4 hearts brewing, Dovetails restaurant, and Ungermann Brothers ice-creamery are only a short walk away in the 88 limestone precinct. Brisbane street and the mall are just beyond this precinct with more restaurants and cafe's along the street. A supermarket is a 10 minute walk away on Gordon Street. The Ipswich central train station and hospital can be accessed on foot easily form the cottage. Looking for something to do? The Ipswich Art Gallery, Riverwalk and Riverlink shopping centre are all close by and provide plenty for you (and the kids) to see and do. Metered street parking is also available in front of the property. Ipswich Train Station is a 5 minute walk away with direct links to Brisbane CBD and airport. This is a very quiet street, especially at night time.
