The beach is a 2 minute walk. At night you can hear the ocean and traffic barely audible, you could see the stars when nice weather. The price is for “tent ready” which is already include basic camping equipments (the wooden pallet､a tent､the air mattress､pillows､blankets､an extension cord､a camping light ､ an electric fan and a line for hang clothes) for 2 people per day. An electrical socket is directly next to the camper area.
