This is a HOUSE SHARE 4 pers. max.incl. me. Furnished spacious double room downstairs over looking rear garden. V quiet. Shared main full bathroom Shared Kitchen + breakfast bar use of w. machine, downstairs WC, Lounge and garden are shared areas too. Walking distance to Aldi, ASDA, CO-OP Tesco. 3 min drive to centre Fast wifi, ample parking. Strictly NON SMOKERS PLEASE No visitors friends/family to stay over sorry! IDEALLY no working from home! please tell me if you are when booking. My house is clean tidy and well maintained. Has everything you need and has a relaxed peaceful vibe. I am a recording artist so ideally would prefer people who stay are not working from home or spending all their time indoors during the day. Neighbourhood is fairly quiet, l've lived here 14 years never had a problem. I am great friends with both sides of my neighbours. Ample free parking always. I am always around to help and to socialise of course! Never say no to a glass of wine! My neighbours both sides are wonderful I am so blessed. The area is great and has everything you need for those essentials and socialising. Ample parking and regular bus routes with the bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house Plenty to do in Central Milton Keynes. Just ask if you want to know anything. You must be in full time employment and NOT work from home or work night shifts. Thank you
