Lovely open-plan first-floor flat in the centre of Minehead, located above a flower shop. The property is grade-II listed building. Full of character, it is the oldest building in Minehead. Shops and cafes right on your doorstep. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Blenheim Gardens, a beautiful local park is a 2 minute walk away. Lovely spacious lounge and kitchen area. Nice big shower. The bed is a small-double and the bedroom itself is a little on the small side. Nearby is the medieval village of Dunster with its beautiful castle. The pretty villages of Allerford and Selworthy are only 10 minutes drive away. Also Lynmouth is a definite gem in the area worth visiting, about 40 minutes drive over the moors. There are plenty local walking routes nearby as well. There is no parking directly outside of the Old Priory, although there is plenty of free parking in nearby side streets. Perhaps the best is on Blenheim Road, which is found by heading up town until you see WHSmiths and then turning right onto Blenheim Road. This is a long road leading toward the beach and there are often many spaces on which to park. Once parked, it's time to find the property. Retrace your steps toward WHSmiths and, facing toward the store, you will see Summerland Road at the left side of the building. Head onto Summerland Road and turn immediately left to see the big black door of the Old Priory.
