Located in a small and peaceful village within the grounds of the Manor, the Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed, recently renovated property which can accommodate 4 guests. Enjoy a charming retreat to explore the Somerset countryside or head further afield to the Jurassic coast or Exmoor and the Quantock Hills. The Garden Cottage is a newly and beautifully renovated self contained cottage in the grounds of the Manor with its own entrance and courtyard car parking. The cottage has its own garden with a gas barbecue and a table, chairs and parasol for an alfresco lunch. The cottage has views over the field towards the village and spectacular sunsets. The accommodation has a well equipped kitchen and dining area with an electric AGA cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. The cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms with king sized beds. The light and airy sitting room has a relaxing seating area with a log burner and television. ( logs provided) There is a modern bathroom with a large shower and vanity unit. A high chair and travel cot can be provided on request I live in the Manor so will always be available to help with any questions or recommendations Ideally situated to attend events at Dillington House or visit Barrington Court, the Garden Cottage is the perfect location for country walks and enjoying local village hospitality at the Barrington Boar or the Lord Poulett Arms. Otherwise why not visit the Trading Post farm shop or the Market Bakery to pick up those fresh morning croissants , sourdough bread and local produce.
