You will have access to the walk out deck from your bedroom and bathroom. The jetted tub is very comfie, as well as shower with two heads. This room offers guests a closet and a set of drawers. This home is located between Brigham City and Logan in a quiet rural town. There is a small stream visible from your windows and a lovely reservoir a block away, which has a fully paved path around it. The drive to Logan takes 12-15 minutes, depending on how fast you go. There is ample parking on the half-acre lot, but we do get snowed in some days. All of the neighbors work together to remove snow with tractors and snowplows on those days.
