Nestled in the historic village of Wycombe, our home is a short drive to the local Pub, minutes from New Hope, Peddlers Village- Lahaska, Doylestown and Newtown, PA. Easy drive to Interstate 95, or take a train to NYC or Philadelphia. My home is your home while you are here. Take control of your space, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large deck, cozy TV room and sitting room. Three large upstairs bedrooms with one full ; one queen size and a queen and twin bed. Unfortunately our home is not handicap-accessible. This is an older home with modern amenities, but has steps to enter, stairs to all bedrooms and steps between rooms on the first floor. My home is yours. One small room holds my personal goods, that one is just for me:) Sight seeing brochures and maps are ready for you. I can be reached by cell phone for any questions, suggestions or problems. Take a walk through the neighborhood and see the historic Victorian homes. Check out the historic renovation of the beautiful Wycombe train station and garden. Go around the corner and visit with locals at the Wycombe Publick House. 94 different beers and you can walk home! (Sorry temporarily closed due to COVID staffing shortages) Plenty of parking in the rear of the house. 7 miles to New Hope, Lahaska, or Newtown, PA and 9 miles to Doylestown, PA. Visit Fonthill, the Mercer Museum, Pearl Bucks Home or James Michener Art Museum. Easy train rides to New York (from Trenton) or Philadelphia from Doylestown.
