You have a private entrance along with your own balcony and there is no other guests on the property but you! A one bedroom, 1 bath, living room and kitchenette all to yourself in complete privacy. This carriage house only accommodates 2 people. any extra guests will be charged $50 a night carriage house and yard ONLY!!!! no entry to garage or main house unless approved by the owner any questions??? Just ask anytime. as this is a private carriage house we pay special attention to your needs and details We live 2 blocks from the town of marine city waterfront. My home was built by Dr. Baird in 1885 who owned the mineral salt baths and was mayor of marine city, amongst other things he did in the community. You'll also find, an eclectic amount of antique shops, along with 2 live theaters, a classic movie theater and our famous candy shop "The Sweet Tooth" where you'll find and endless array of gourmet candy. We have several waterfront dining restaurants to dine at or take a sandwich and sit at the park to watch the freighters and Yachts go by on the St. Clair river. We have the ferry 2 blocks straight down to take you over to Sombra Canada for a small fee. By car or foot. You'll experience another country 10 minutes from us on the ferry. If you want to stay home you can take a historical walking tour of the many homes that were owned by fluential people here in the 1800's. We have box lunches to go (additional fee per lunch please)
