The Mystay on Myuna unit is a lovely spacious, warm, sunny home. The unit is two stories, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living areas with an internal garage. Situated in a quiet street just two blocks from Blackmans Bay beach. This warm, sunny home has two levels. There are two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet on the lower level. Also on the lover level is a single car garage which has internal entry to the house. The garage also contains the laundry, with washing machine and dryer. The main bedroom, kitchen, dining and living areas, plus another bathroom and separate toilet are on the upper level. The upper level offers lovely views of the water. Access is self check in, with a key in a lock box. Guest parking is available in the internal single car garage which has internal access to the house. There is another guest off street parking space on the right hand side as you drive into the driveway. I don't live on site, but welcome guests messaging me with questions they may have to make their stay more enjoyable. Blackmans Bay is a beautiful suburb. The unit is in a quiet street, the beach and beach front playground is just a 5 minute walk away. Also in walkind distance are some great restaurants, supermarket, chemist, doctors surgery and bus stops. There are regular busses to and from Hobart and surrounds. Taxis are also readily available
