Lovely one bedroom rental unit in Ogwell, Devon

Ogwell is within easy reach of Dartmoor, Newton Abbot and the many South Devon coastal towns. Located in a quiet rural village with many walks and great cycling. The old part of East Ogwell were we are situated is a small quite village and a great place to relax. You may fancy a stroll up to village green or a walk along the near by river. What ever you choose to do or whereever you choose to go, you will always have that real Devon village feel to return too. This one bedroom annex is in the centre of the old village with views across the valley. The kitchen is spacious with a dishwasher, fan-oven, microwave and hob. It has a double bedroom with ensuite shower and the large lounge has a 42" TV. There is also a decked area to sit out on if you wish. Parking is on street but there are always spaces. The village does have a regular bus route into the near by market town of Newton Abbot where there is a train station with national links. The town also has bus routes around Devon,numerous Taxi firms if required and car hire facilities. We do live in the adjoining property if assistance is required. Quiet village location. Local bus service - every 30 minutes Train 2.5 miles away We live in the property next door so normally on hand if need any assistance or advice.
