The house is built in 2020 in the style of a traditional Slovak wooden house and is located on a large private parcel (4,000 m2). In total there are 2 similar separated apartments in this house. The apartment has a separate entrance and will provide you with comfortable living during your vacation. Fast internet (LTE) and free parking near the house included. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Wooden house - Drevenice Lazisko. There are a total of two separate apartments in this house, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Common areas are the entrance to the house and the hallway serves as a ski room. The apartment has a separate lockable entrance, an area of 65 m2 and members from a large living room with kitchen (28 m2), two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating is provided by regulated underfloor heating and a fireplace for the right romantic atmosphere. Guests have access to the common hallway and separate areas of the apartment Sina (living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet). House is designed for guests. The owner does not live in the house but is available if needed (online, in-person). The wooden house is located on the outskirts of the peaceful village of Lazisko, which is surrounded by mountains and lies on the edge of the Low Tatras National Park. Distance from the forest about 600 m. The nearest grocery store is about 2.5 km away in the neighbouring village of Svätý Kríž. The nearest district town Liptovský Mikuláš (31 thousand inhabitants) is 10 km away. Availability: by car from the D1 highway 15 min. (exit from D1 near Ivachnova or Liptovský Mikuláš), by train from ŽSR station Liptovský Mikuláš 12 km (taxi price is about 12 €). The nearest international airport (London connection) is 75 km away in Poprad, access via the D1 highway is 45 minutes. The place is ideal for spending time in nature, hiking, skiing and walking in the Low or High Tatras National Park, but also to relax in many nearby Wellness Spa facilities (Tatralandia 15 km, Bešeňová 18 km, Lúčky 23 km, Podbanské 35 km). In summer, the nearby Liptovská Mara Dam (15 km) is ideal for swimming and water sports.
