The French Room near Oulton Park

Inspired by my French upbringing this self contained annex is beautifully furnished in romantic Rococo and Louis XV style with Wifi/TV/FREESAT/DVD There's a colourful garden room where you can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast of delicious butter croissants, pain au raisin, Greek yogourt and fresh seasonal berries, cereal along with juice, coffee and tea. The annex was converted primarily to provide a comfortable pied at Terre for my parents who live in the South West of France . If you love romantic Rococo and Louis XV style then you are in for a treat! It's very well appointed with quality fittings like oak floors and doors, Kilim carpets, a sitting area with a gorgeous Chesterfield sofa, as well as a buffet stocked with tea, coffee , snacks and a good size fridge exclusively for the use of guests. A wardrobe and a screened dressing area make for a very comfortable space to unpack and unwind if you are en-route to a wedding or visiting attractions in the area like nearby Oulton Park or Chester races. A feature of the room is the mahogany French double bed with crisp cotton bedding and it's orthopaedic mattress, whilst the bathroom is also luxuriously appointed with a large roll top bath, quality towels and hot water on demand. The annex is accessed though a private entry. Nathalie (LGV Driver Trainer) and Graham (retired Police Officer) are on hand to assist guests We're ideally located for Oulton Park circuit and Chester/ Haydock racecourses if cars, motorbikes or horse racing is your passion. There are some great places for a meal like The Coast (Italian) restaurant in Tarporley or Bistro Pierre in Stockton Heath, both a 20 minute drive, best of all we like the Fish pool Inn near Delamere Forest a short 5 minutes drive, book ahead as it's a popular spot! Parking is easy right outside the property on the quiet lane The M6 junction 18 is 15 minutes away and the M56 junction 10 is 20 minutes. Liverpool and Manchester airports are less than 45 minutes away Strictly no dogs allowed We have cats and our delightful feline companions roam around the large gardens but do not access the annex.
