Cute, English cottage is home to cute, English hostess! Your spacious upstairs room will accommodate your every need. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood yet quick access to I-75 and a 10 minute drive to Downtown Dayton and University of Dayton. Lots of nearby restaurants. The attic is a spacious retreat, which is designed to make you feel as relaxed as possible during your stay. There is a breakfast nook with a Keurig machine as well as a microwave. A TV allows you to watch Fire TV, which streams apps such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and Amazon Prime. Free Wifi. Towels are provided. Check-in is flexible. If I am not able to be here to welcome you, I will leave a front door key in a lockbox attached to the front door. I will message you the code. Shared spaces in the house are; bathroom, kitchen, dining room. You can park on the street outside my house. If you are staying anytime between December to April, you will have access to covered parking in my large garage at the back of my property after you have checked in. I live here but the whole upstairs is yours. We share a bathroom downstairs. Safe, quiet neighborhood close to Walmart, Tim Hortons, Wendy's, McDonalds, Hot Head. There's also a Metropark and golf course within walking distance. Free parking outside my house is available. Please park on the same side of the street as my house. There is an RTA bus stop within a 5 minute walk and Uber is available throughout Dayton. The shared bathroom is on the main floor but your bedroom is upstairs.
