Our 86 m² apartment has a private entrance, a 2021 newly renovated bedroom with double bed, a cozy living room with a double sofa bed. In addition to the large bathroom, equipped with two sinks, shower and bath, there is also a separate guest toilet. A small storage room is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine along with other kitchen utensils. Toys, books, CDs and DVDs are available. Highlight of this apartment is a large balcony with seating and lounging, with great views over the valley. The whole house, in which there are two apartments, has its own entrance and is inhabited exclusively by guests. If desired, barbecue in the garden. Toys for indoors and outdoors available. Loan of bicycles possible. Parking in the carport. In the neighbor- house live my parents Ida and Fritz, who are happy to answer any questions or even have time for a nice conversation. I myself live in the neighboring village and of course also reachable. Top location on the outskirts of a village, directly on the forest with fantastic views. Pure relaxation. Children can play in the garden or in the adjacent forest. The direct environment with fields, meadows and forests invite you to relaxing walks or small bike rides. A children's playground and a bakery are just 500 meters away. A grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, butcher and an inn can be reached within 2 km. Supermarkets and discounters can be found in Thannhausen or Krumbach (Schwab). Distance to LEGOLAND Germany: 15 km There is a connection to a bus network, and in 4 km distance a DB station (Neuburg a.d. Kammel). However, it is recommended to arrive by private or rental car. Parking for the guests are available. Smokers are welcome to enjoy a cigarette on the balcony or on the covered front door.
