Relax in the outdoor hot tub under the stars!

Stylish self contained ground floor unit/granny flat in the beautiful Lower blue mountains. Comfortably fits 4 people,1 bedroom with Queen bed plus a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge room. Recently renovated with new bathroom and new furniture and decor. Relax amongst nature , have a BBQ and recharge on our large outdoor deck or have a spa in the bush surroundings . This area is shared with us but will generally leave guest's to themselves. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Before booking please read entire listing. The accommodation is attached to the main house but completely blocked off from the main house with the only access being your doors with your keys. The space has an open plan dining/lounge, separate bedroom with queen bed, separate walk in wardrobe with large wardrobe, drawers and space to put suitcases etc. There is a new bathroom with a shower, a separate kitchen which includes a oven with stovetop ,microwave, large fridge and all necessary accessories. We provide bread , milk,butter,jams and spreads as well as cereal to make your stay easy and comfortable. Your stay will have the luxury of an large 8 person heated outdoor hot tub, where you can relax by day or light up the spa and relax by night under the stars. Includes access to our large deck and although it is shared with us we generally leave our guests to enjoy it alone. The deck includes a large dinning table sun lounger, as well as sun umbrella, and BBQ. Here you can relax in the sun surrounded by trees and wildlife such as Kookaburras, Cockatoos, Galahs,King parrots and many more. Perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway, families or friends having a quiet get together, For your comfort we have provided books, DVDs, and Xbox with games for the kids (or the big kids) and magazines. We also provide tourist leaflets of things to do in the blue mountains. Your accommodation is on the ground floor with its own lockable private access front and back with parking on the property. This is a granny flat attached to our house but private from the inside. You will have the hot tub and outdoor deck to yourselves during your stay and is only shared with us, we will try our best to give you your privacy but during the day may bump into you when we are doing our washing or just stepping outside for another reason. We also have a 2nd airbnb on the property but it is totally separate and they have there own private deck for there own use. NOTE :These guests DO NOT have access to the spa deck but can use laundry if need be ,but is very rare they do. We are available to give you any advice on local activities, and things to do during your stay. One of us will usually be around if you need anything so give us a knock on the main door. We may bump into each other outside. We are quite sociable and happy to have a chat and a glass of wine, but we also respect your privacy and will be happy to leave you in peace. 2 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to 'Glenbrook' which is first entry point to the Blue Mountains National Park. Its a lovely village boasting fabulous cafes,restaurants,gift shops, parks,bush walks, local cinema,great views, and bushwalks with lookout points. Glenbrook is also known for the 'Jellybean' pools which are natural rock pools surrounded by cliffs. 5 minutes walk to Glenbrook large outdoor heated swimming pool. 15 minutes drive to the Nepean river where you can take boat tours or walk by the water. Also there is a new complex of around 10 cafes and restaurants called ‘Eastbank’ by the river where you can get great breakfast, lunches or a nice evening meal at the Japanese restaurant, fish restaurant or the fabulous Indian restaurant. You may also want to take a walk along the river and take in the views. 25 mins drive to the new Sydney Zoo. Lovely 30-minute drive to Leura and Katoomba, the home of the Three Sisters and some of the Mountains' best coffee, dining and boutiques. We have parking on the property and you can park on the gravel area at the front of the main house . It is a fairly steep driveway so If you prefer you can park on the street, it is a quiet cul de sac with plenty of space. We are just off the 'Great Western Highway' which is easy access to the main route through the Blue Mountains. 20 minutes to the New Sydney Zoo down the Hwy There is a tourist information centre which is a 15 minute walk. The closest train station is Glenbrook station. This is a 20 minute walk from our house. (Approx 2km). It is a five minute walk to the main road (the Great Western Highway) where you can catch a bus up or down the mountain. Please note we do have a dog who is a cross pug named Rocco who is very friendly. Most of the time you wont even see us but on the odd occasion we may need to do our laundry/or gardening during the day but at night we leave guests to relax outside and have the place to themselves.
