Newly remodeled in fall 2021! 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms 5,100 sq feet main channel one level living home that sleeps 14 overlooking Lake Norman State Park. Enjoy your vacation with a 4 mile lake front view, 300 feet of boardwalk shoreline on a private 2 acre lot. Natural beach area for the kids to play in, very deep water year round, large floating dock great for swimming, boating, jet skiing and fishing. We also offer a 24 foot Manitou Pontoon boat for rent. We just completed a 3 month renovation this fall (2021) throughout our home. New pictures will be posted soon. There are a lot of homes for rent on Lake Norman but most are in a cove, a partial main channel view or their neighbors are right next door to them. We face east for unbelievable sunrises on the main channel looking at a 3000 acre state park. You are not looking at more homes and floating docks right next to you. We have 2 acres of land and deep water in front of our property. At the end of our dock the water averages 15 to 18 feet deep. The water is 60 feet deep in the center of the lake in front of us. We are located on the north end of Lake Norman and we are known to have the smoothest water compared to the south end of Lake Norman where the population is much larger. We also have a natural beach area off the boardwalk for the kids to play and to launch your paddle board and 2 person kayak if the water level is not at full pond. We have a neighborhood boat ramp to launch your water toys if you bring them. We also have an ice machine in the house next to the beverage refrigerator. We just installed a 75 inch 4K Smart TV in main family room, a 65 inch 4K Smart TV in master bedroom and the new wifi home music system by SONOS. Play all your own music from your smart devices throughout the home and outdoor property. Control the music selection, volume and which zone you would like to hear right off your personal devices. Outside zones include the deck, boardwalk, floating dock and front porch. You have four different zones inside the home. You will have access to our entire home, boat house and a 24 foot Manitou Pontoon Boat if you would like to rent it during your stay. We offer a weekly rental package at half the rates you will find on Lake Norman. We simply offer the boat as a convenience to our guest while staying at our property. It will accommodate 14 people. We will greet you when you arrive and go over the property answer any questions you may have and get out of your way as quickly as possible so that you can start your vacation. Any issues that come up during your stay just give us a call. You will feel like you are in the country on a beautiful lake with tons of privacy but only minutes away from the grocery stores and entertainment. BOATING of course! Car, Uber and we have a gentlemen that will drive you in his SUV for dinners and special events. We have outdoor loungers for the boardwalk and dock. Table umbrellas. Life jackets. Noodles. Water skis. Wake boards, 2 person canoe, paddle board, inter-tubes. Ski ropes. Beach towels. Weber gas grill, Weber charcoal grill, Weber charcoal smoker and a Traeger pellet smoker for great outdoor grilling. There is a fire pit located on the boardwalk just feet from the waters edge. We provide the wood and the Girl Scout water to lite it. We also offer a 24 foot Manitou Pontoon boat for rental. There are 7 marinas by the lake house. All within a 10 minute boat ride or less. The best gas prices for your water toys are Long Island Marina with certified non ethanol gas pumps 5 minutes north of us.
