It is a closed, private urbanization, and very well preserved, since throughout the year it has maintenance personnel and a gardener. The urbanization has a security key system to access both the interior and the parking lot or the paddle tennis courts. It has two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults. The pool is open in Summer and there is always a lifeguard. There are also 3 glass paddle tennis courts for the exclusive use and enjoyment of owners and tenants. In addition, the urbanization has many green areas both for walking and for children to have fun. Hoyo 14's Community is located within the Nuevo Portil Golf Course, an area with a very low density of housing, very well maintained, close to the sea and, in general, a very quiet area and ideal to go with the family. The house is in a privileged place, being a quiet place but at the same time easily accessible to the leisure area where there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, cafes, etc. You can move perfectly by walking through El Portil. You are anywhere in the town in just 15 minutes on foot, and this is the best thing about this place, since you don't worry about transport because walking you have: the beach, the forest, leisure, etc. However, if you want to move beyond the paradise of El Portil, the most comfortable thing is with your own car (since in addition, the house includes 2 underground semi-detached parking spaces). If you cannot go by car, the best option is the bus. There is a bus stop less than 15 minutes walk from the house. The public bus transport company in the area is called DAMAS. There are direct connections with Huelva, Punta Umbría, El Rompido, Cartaya… There are various walking and cycling routes on the surrounding trails.
