Enjoy a relaxing getaway in a beautiful home overlooking a sweeping meadow and gorgeous creek. This unique property is nestled in the quiet valley of Tintenbar, central to a number of desirable locations including Byron Bay and Lennox Head. Our home sits on 6.5 acres of land in the valley of Tintenbar. A large flat grass area is below the house and beyond that there is about 400 metres of beautiful creek. We live in a large single storied, painted brick and weatherboard home. It contains 3 bedrooms, a large open planned kitchen, dining and lounge area, a butlers pantry, billiard room, gym and infrared sauna, media room, study, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, laundry, a 12m pool and numerous living spaces. Leisure activities are abundant on the property. Go for a swim. Play a game of pool. Let the kids work off some energy on the large trampoline. Try the swing. Have a game of tennis on the local courts. Have a go at a bit of bass fishing. Explore the creek with a kayak paddle. Work on your short game with some golf. Crank up the barbeque or just find a spot to chill and relax with your favourite book or wine and watch the day go by! Guests will be welcome to all parts of the home and property. The garage will be locked from use. We will aim to meet you at the property on arrival unless we are unable to due to working commitments etc. We want to be as helpful with guests as possible. We are happy to be contacted at any time for questions etc and if we are unable to answer straight away we will call you back during our first available chance. The Tintenbar Valley is in the Byron Bay Lennox Head Hinterland. We are fortunate to be situated in a very central position to a number of places of interest on the far north coast, making this a perfect place to stay for local sightseeing. We are within 20 minutes to the heart of Byron Bay and we are only 10 minutes to Bangalow, Lennox Head, Ballina and Alstonville. There is a handy local general store, coffee stall, petrol station and bottle shop a short stroll away. A lovely tennis court and cricket pitch is directly across the creek. The spectacular Killen Falls is 4 km's upstream and the award winning Harvest restaurant and deli is also close by. We are fortunate to have many beautiful beaches and a picturesque countryside in our region that is full of all sorts of pleasant surprises. Enjoy! The Pacific Highway is not too far away so accessing most places is easy. There are local buses that stop at the Tintenbar General Store. Check them for destinations and timetables. The Ballina airport is 10 minutes away and the Gold Coast airport is within an hour. Being in the valley, mobile and television reception can at times be affected inside the house. Netflix is available and has great picture quality.
