Jen and Wayne welcome you to sunset view, a beautiful 1800 sq mtr property set in the picturesque lower blue mountains. You have private accommodation with use of the back deck. Relax in the Hot Tube BBQ available for use. You will enjoy the tranquillity of the huge Japanese garden featuring pond and koi carp with mountain views backdrop. Lounge area is equipped with Air conditioner and gas heater & ceiling fan in bedroom. This home is very private and ultra quiet & very relaxing. The guest suite has its own entrance their is one queen size bedroom & Queen size bed a TV & DVD player ceiling fan & views of the front garden,. The bedroom adjoins a private hallway to private bathroom, hand soap & shower gel, shampoo & conditioner supplies. The private lounge room has a Blue Ray player & plenty of Blue Rays & DVDS under the TV, a 3 setter recliner a 2 setter recliner & a 1 setter recliner in the lounge room. WiFi provided. The Kitchenette with dinning suite, microwave, large fridge, sandwich press, toaster, Air fryer, electric Jug, electric frypan, coffee machine/tea making facility & a pantry stocked basic requirements. The kitchenette opens onto a large undercover back deck with Hot Tub & views of the large Japanese pond & garden for you to wonder. Sit & relax in the Pergola that has Japanese style garden & mountain bush views. There is also a BBQ for your use, lights & comfortable chairs for you to sit & relax in. There is a single size floor mattress that would be suitable for a child. Babies are welcome but you will need to bring a cot with you. We are home most of the time and can assist with any questions. Guests private front entry access up small ramp with rail to sliding door. Guest also have their own access to large undercover back deck with outdoor setting and Hot tube this verandah is attached to our home and is a shared space. Privacy on the back deck is given when in hot tub. Private parking onsite. Disabled friendly. We are happy to assist with any questions/directions etc. We are also always up for a chat if you would like. All outside areas are shared with us including the back deck, however if you require privacy when using the Hot Tub please let us know & we will always respect your privacy. It is a great place to stay with it being on the door step of the beautiful Blue Mountains with beautiful waterfalls, bushwalking, sightseeing & many activities available throughout The Blue Mountains & lakes areas. There is a visitors information centre close by. Car is the best means of getting around with Sunset View being at the entrance to the Blue Mountains a city within a National Park many attractions are minutes away by car, there are walking trails throughout, Waterfalls & sightseeing & a variety of activities, Great restaurants nearby train station 15-20minute walk. The space is a granny flat attached to our main residence but totally private, you have your own entrance & is totally private from the main residence with 1 bedroom with queen size bed, kitchenette, lounge room, bathroom & shared laundry, your washing up Sink is in the laundry adjoining your hallway through sliding door. The Hot Tube is on the back deck & is in a shared space but we will always give you privacy when you are using the Hot Tube. All outdoor areas are shared.
