Our lake side summer house is the perfect place for a quiet and peacful getaway only 10 minutes outside of Reykjavík. Close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, wild nature, swimming pool, horse rent, churches, lake, . The house is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Its pure nature just 35 meters from the lake. Its not sure you will meet any person there while you stay - so enjoy and relax. Perfectly located 84 square meters house in Mosfellsbær (Postcode 270), just outside Reykjavik, by the lake Hafravatn. The house is located in the country with just few summerhouses close by, but still just 5 minutes drive from the town Mosfellsbaer and just 15 minutes from downtown Reykjavik. Perfect for those who want to listen to the silence and experience the stars and northern lights with minimum light pollution. You can put up the fireplace inside the living room to have a cosy evening or go to the lake and have a romantic night by the fire at the sand beach – just by your self. The house can comfortably host 5-7 people. The house is located at the Golden circle. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, private entrance and private parking spaces for the guests. The house is fully equipped with all necessities. Bedroom 1: (Master Bedroom) has a 2 person bed and side tables. Bedroom 2: Has two single beds. In addition bedroom 2 has bed side table. Bedroom 3: Has a single bed and table. Living room: One double sized bed The kitchen and the living room are open space. The kitchen includes all kitchen appliances required, including a dish washer, electric oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster, boiling kettle and a full set of cutlery. The living room includes a TV, comfortable sofa, and a sofa table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and includes both a washing machine and a dryer. Large sundeck with a view to the lake and surrounding mountains – including BBQ grill. Grocery stores are located within 5 minutes drive, and close you can find other attractions which are offered within Reykjavik and surroundings. Such as the swimming pools, restaurants, walking paths at Mt. Ulfarsfell and Esja. The famous Alafoss whool store and gym World Class are within 5 minutes. Six 18 hole fantastic golf courses within 15 min drive where you can experience midnight golf during summertime. High-speed Wifi service in the whole house.
