In addition to the toilet here there is another one on the other end of the appartement. The combined living-, dining- and cookingspace is equipped with a new kitchen, huge dining table with sufficient seatings, large bureau, as well as a cosy sofa which is convertable into a queen-size bed on low effort. TV and wireless LAN are a matter of course. The kitchen possesses everthing you need to prepare a proper dish and to serve up to eight people. Washing mashine and dryer can be shared. Moreover a free parking lot is on the property. The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet multi-familiy house and has its own entrance. As I live in the same building I can help my guests by solving small or big problems and with everything they are interested in.
