Appartamento Thule is a welcoming and bright space nestled in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Relax by immersing yourself in nature. A breathtaking view will accompany your stay and your awakenings. Get cozy. The warmth of wood will comfort your evenings on the sofa with movies and TV shows from Netflix and Prime Video (included). Let the fresh and clean air regenerate you. The surrounding area is also full of activities to explore and sports to practice, in summer as in winter. You will be in the quiet and green Centro Thule. You will have two bedrooms (one master in the mezzanine, one twin on the first floor), a bathroom, a kitchenette and dining area equipped with everything you need, the living room (with sofa bed and smart tv) and the terrace with a panoramic mountain views, to enjoy unforgettable aperitifs at sunset. It is ideal for couples or families with children (and safe). Apartment Thule is equipped with a smart lock, so that you can be totally independent, both for the time of arrival, as well as for the stay and the check-out. The procedure is very simple and inside the apartment you will still find a set of keys that we recommend to always carry with you. The Nuki smartphone app allows all guests to have their own virtual bunch of keys and requires no registration. For any need, we will still be at your disposal. Santa Fosca is one of the gems of the Dolomites. A quiet and relaxing village, but with many offers for various activities, outdoors or indoors, sporty or regenerating, during the winter or the summer, and where everything is within reach: just a few steps from the apartment you can find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, sports fields and an indoor pool. It is also close to other destinations that are worth a day trip, including Cortina d'Ampezzo, Arabba, Dobbiaco, San Candido. Val Fiorentina is the ideal destination for those who love to ski or snowboard in beautiful places. From Selva di Cadore (Pescul), the Civetta's ski lifts will take you to Monte Fertazza, which is connected to Alleghe, Zoldo, and Palafavera. Numerous slopes with different levels of difficulty meet the needs of everyone, from beginners to the most experienced. In Santa Fosca everything is within reach; you just need to take a few steps to find everything you need and get to all the activities and places of interest in the area. The nearest ski slopes (Pescul-Fertazza) are only 5 minutes by car from the apartment. The car is the best way for getting around the surrounding areas. Alternatively, in summer, it is also a pleasure to travel by bicycle or motorbike. At walking distance from the apartment (180 meters, 200 yards), in the parking area of Santa Fosca, is the ski bus stop which (in the winter season) will take you to the ski resorts of Pescul or Fedare. For Pescul: every half hour from 09:07 am to 4:37 pm (it skips 12:07 pm and 2:37 pm) For Fedare: every half hour from 09:18 am to 4:48 pm (it skips 11:18 am and 1:48 pm). The ski bus also stops in Selva di Cadore, Colle Santa Lucia and Caprile. For connections with other valleys and districts consult the DolomitiBus website. During your stay the change of linen is not provided. There is a laundromat just two minutes drive from the apartment. Prices do not include the tourist tax, required by the municipality of Selva di Cadore. It amounts to € 0.50 - per person per night; children up to the age of 12 are exempt from payment. For contracts longer than 1 month, a one-off payment of € 5.00 is required for each month of the contract (€ 5.00 for the first month + € 5.00 for each subsequent month, full or partial) to be paid only for the holder of the contract.
