Flat 1 was the show home, a spacious 1 bedroom apartment benefiting from a stylish, contemporary finish. One enters the property via an entrance armed with an electronic keypad, down a corridor that takes you to the apartment’s door. To the right of the door is a key safe where you will find the door key. On entering the apartment a spacious hall greets you with console shelf and mirror. Doorways lead off to the bathroom, bedroom and living area. The bathroom is fully equipped with full size bath with rain and hand shower over, basin, wc and towel warmer. The bedroom is a large light room with a large built-in wardrobe, bedside table and a king size bed. The living area is open plan, approached by a stone archway, previously the entrance of the bar from the lounge area of the hotel. The kitchen is well equipped with integral appliances; oven, hob, fridge and washer dryer. It has been stylishly finished with premium quartz worktops. There is a dining table serving four and then a light lounge area with a corner sofa that converts into an oversized double bed. Television is provided by a smart TV. The apartment also benefits from central heating throughout. There is plentiful on-street parking nearby, unrestricted overnight and two pay and display car parks within a five minute walk.
