Relaxing private suburban suite in basement

Fully renovated basement with a private bedroom and bathroom. Located about 15-20 minutes from Dulles Airport, and the Vienna Metro. Far enough to save you a few bucks, but close enough to eliminate a lot of hassle. I recommend Uber or Lyft to get around unless you have a car. The room comes with many complimentary items to make traveling easier. Your room has a brand new queen size mattress, brand new 4K smart TV (with HULU, Netflix, HBOgo YouTube TV, but no cable), a large dresser, closet, ironing board and iron, and of course fresh linens and towels. You will have your small refrigerator, microwave and k-cup coffee maker and complimentary pods Feel free to log into your accounts on the smart TV in your room, but don't forget to log out at the end of your stay. Check in time is after 3 pm Check out time is before 12 pm The bedroom, bathroom and downstairs living room are solely for use by guests. (The laundry room located downstairs is shared with the host , but host will not use while guests are occupying the space). You are welcome to interact with me if you need to. I am open to questions and conversation, but don't feel obligated if you simply want a private space to relax. My neighborhood is very quiet and relaxed. It is surrounded by several shopping centers filled with restaurants and shops, most within walking distance. There is a commuter bus to the Vienna Metro station located about five minutes from my home. If you don't have a car, I would suggest using Uber or Lyft. For the protection of both guests and host, environment is cleaned and sanitized using Covid19 mitigation guidelines. Sanitizing wipes as well as hand sanitizer is provided both in the bedroom and upon entering the house. Host is vaccinated and encourages guests to do the same prior to booking.
