Stay in a quiet neighbourhood with a rural aspect, only minutes drive from the attractions of the island. The upstairs, self contained section of the house. There is no access to downstairs. A fully fenced yard, with grassy areas and a private courtyard for quiet time or even sun baking. The property is self contained and we do not use the downstairs area while guests are staying upstairs. Therefore, the guests have complete privacy while staying. However, if they need any local information, or have any difficulties, we live only a short distance away and will be happy to help. Wimbledon Heights is in the centre of Phillip island, so a short drive to both surf beaches and bay beaches, the township of Cowes and many local attractions. It is the closest estate to the Grand prix Circuit. If you are a keen walker you can walk along a path to Cowes, or to the race track (about 3 km) Driving is easy on the island, with only one set of pedestrian lights. Please note that there is no WiFi accessible from the property. (Enjoy a weekend with your family off the screens)
