Can be used as 1 bedroom & 1 sitting room or as 2 bedrooms. One room is furnished with double bed & bureau; the other room is furnished with queen-size futon, bureau, and TV. Just outside the sleeping spaces are breakfast area with frig & coffee maker & reading area with chair and lamp. Free covered pkg. for 1 vehicle. The home is on Lafayette's south side near River Ranch and 3 major hospitals. The distance to UL Lafayette main campus is 3.4 miles and 5 miles to Cajundome/ Cajun Field. The distance to Lafayette Regional Airport is 3.8 miles. It is 5 miles from downtown Lafayette (Parc Internationale, Parc Sans Souci, etc.). 3 miles from Girard Park, 3.5 miles from Moncus Park. Convenient to major attractions such as Jefferson Island, Avery Island (Tabasco), Shadows-on-the-Teche, Vermilionville, Jean Lafitte Center, Alexander Mouton Home, Paul and Lulu Hilliard Art Museum, Lake Martin Bird Sanctuary, Evangeline Oak in St. Martinville, The Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau, and the Orphan Train Museum in Opelousas.
