Get away to the seashore safely, and hassle free!

Share a beautiful historic home in San Pedro with just about the nicest people you could ever meet! Walking distance to a quaint downtown, ethnic markets, shops and restaurants, or a close trip to the Harbor, beautiful seashore vistas and gorgeous sunsets. Or take an Uber to the beach and skip the crowds! Your own entrance, and refrigerator make it safe and easy to social distance. This is an atrium (or sunroom) located off the main house but adjacent to it by one wall. You need to go out bedroom door onto front porch to come in house for easy-access to bathroom and kitchen. It is very quiet in the room and we get alot of comments on the great sleep our guests get! Entire downstairs , GreatRoom and beautiful backyard is open to our guests. Limited kitchen privileges, coffee etc. are available. Brand new refrigerator in room and many windows for a breezy, sunny visit! We have fresh unlimited filtered water available as well. We will be available to you during your stay, but give our guests as much space as they need to unwind and relax. We have beautiful parks, little coffee shops an many landmarks to visit! We'll point some out when you are here. Loads of great scenic walking trails in this area, and plenty of public transportation Street parking is safe but a little scarce after about 7pm. We try to arrange for our guests to park in driveway behind our car if they are coming home pretty late at night.
