New Beautifully Presented Self-contained Annex

Guests are welcome to our perfect getaway for a weekend at the seaside town of Brighton. A beautifully presented, easy access, ground floor annex with a private entrance, a welcoming entrance hall, a spacious bedroom with king size bed), a lounge with a comfortable sofa, a self-catering kitchen, and dining area. There is a forecourt for off-road parking too. This is a private, haven of calm and comfort in the suburbs of Brighton. The unit is fully self-contained and you don't need to interact with me, as the host, unless it is absolutely necessary. I do like to check in with you at some point during your stay at least. This may only be via a messaging platform if necessary or warranted. Access to the unit is via a key safe (instructions given on booking). I do live just alongside the accommodation unit, so if there are issues concerning your stay, you're welcome to get in touch. Located in Woodingdean, a quiet well-lit suburb of Brighton. The holiday unit is near a park, and on an accessible bus route to Brighton and Rottingdean. Parking is free and readily available. There are local shops (Co-op, petrol station, barber, bakery, pharmacy and cafe) a short walk (10 minutes) away along with a pub. The beach is located 3 miles down the road towards Rottingdean or Ovingdean. There are many country walks around the area too. Parking is free and accessible in the area, however the holiday unit has it's own forecourt parking too.
