The apartment is quiet eventhough it is located on a main road. People like being close to everything. It is 1 min from the airport, amtrak, and public transportation. It is also 1 min from Penn State Harrisburg campus so there is a young vibe mixed with the feel of an older historic town. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The unit is located on the second floor of a single family home. The inside has new carpeting and hardwood flooring. It is an older home and the outside needs some TLC, but has all replacement windows. Budget friendly option for traveling professionls or other extended stay visits. This is a private apartment so the entire space is for your use. The parking lot has 3 car spaces. 1 space is for the apartment. If another space is required that can be negotiated. Middletown is a cute historic town with a young college vibe (Penn State Harrisburg is a mile away). Plenty of good places to eat and drink. It is safe and friendly. A couple of our favorites are the Hop Yard, Tattered Flag/Nuclear Bean, and the Brownstone which are within walking distance. Harrisburg airport less than 1 mile away. Amtrak stop within walking distance. Unit is on a bus route The shower is a little different. There is no shower wall so there is a 360 degree shower curtain to keep the water in. Nothing wrong with it, just different. Thermostat is preset to 65F. Please contact us to have it warmer or cooler.
