A common private driveway from the highway leads up and around to our two story home and two story garage on the left. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Freshly painted, new carpet and new water heater. Smoke free and no pets please. Sits in 8-acre hardwood hammock with abundance of birds and a few deer. Free to roam the grounds. No access to main house. Host is very knowledgeable about Gainesville, Micanopy and surrounding areas. Location provides easy commute to university events, the Micanopy and McIntosh Fall festivals, and Paynes Prairie State Preserve. Hidden drive on 441 southbound across from Lake Wauberg. If coming from the south, exit I-75 at Micanopy (#374) head east to 441 then north 1 mile to neighborhood's common driveway; from the north, exit I-75 at Williston Road (#382) head east (approx. 2/10 mile) to SW 34th Street then south on 34th to 441 (approx. 3 miles) then south on 441 (approx. 5 miles) to common driveway (2d driveway after 134th Ave.) Taxi and Uber service spotty at best. Harder to find the 441 turnoff at night so get specific directions and call if needed.
