The Nook a welcoming 1 bedroom ensuite guest unit with free onsite parking

The Nook is a newly decorated, bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away You have your own entrance, bedroom and en-suite and parking on our driveway We have buses that run every 5 minutes or so at the top & bottom of the road that take you into Brighton. We are also close to a train station that has frequent trains takes you to Brighton (8mins) to Worthing and London. Parking in the area has some time restrictions but all the time you are parked outside of these times or on the driveway it is free. I should be about to meet you and let you in. If not and yiu need to check in after 8pm we have a lockbox available for you to access tge Nook. During your stay I am available either by phone or if you need me you can knock on the main door. Other than that you have complete privacy. We are close to the beach. It’s a 5 minute walk and nice 20 minute walk past the iconic beach huts to Rockwater beach restaurant. There are other cafe’s around the seafront and good bus links into Hove (Church Road area) or Brighton Lanes area or beach front both with lots of restaurants and bars. With the great bus links from either the top or bottom of our road I would leave your car parked on our driveway during your stay. There is also a mainline train station less than 5 minutes walk away. I hope you have a great stay at The Nook. Ideally, if can check in before 8pm that would be really appreciated.
