Light and bright room in an Artist’s home. Comfy bed and crisp clean sheets. Enjoy your stay at Syl’s place in an established neighbourhood with trees-lined streets, open-space, and peace and quiet. We are double Vaxed and ask that you are too. Proof of vaccination status required to stay at Syl’s place. Your room is a light, bright bedroom at the rear of the property with views onto the outdoor living area. Guests will have access to full bathroom including a bath, use of the kitchen, and there’s plenty of space to relax in the covered alfresco in the backyard. There is a shared living area with a television. Syl is available to give you local tips on places to go and favourite restaurants. Syl lives on site with his wife and loves a chat :-) All within 10 minutes walk from Syl’s place: Burvale hotel Emmaus College China Bar restaurant Family Medical Centre Parks Restaurants can be found at ‘The Glen’. Five minutes in the car from Forest Hill Chase and Vermont South shopping centre, Sportlink Sports facility, K Mart in Burwood. Just a short car trip to The Glen Shopping Centre, Doncaster Shopping Centre and Knox Shopping Centre. Syl’s Home is easiest to access with your own car. There is a bus that goes along Springvale Road and we are about five minutes walk to the bus stop. Tram stop to the City of Melbourne is about 10 min walk from the house. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am. If you’re arriving during quiet times, please be sure to be respectful of the neighbours and keep voices down on the street.
