Well suited for the single traveler, possible to stay two. The studio apartment is 19 sqm/210 sqft. It has a sleeping loft with two single beds. (Make sure to book for two if you are two) The kitchenette has a micro oven, small stove top, kettle and dishwasher. Gamla Stan is full of sights, attractions, restaurants, cafés, bars, and places to shop. The charming, narrow winding cobblestone streets, with their buildings in different shades of red and gold, give Gamla Stan its unique character. At our place you will be staying in the absolute heart of old Stockholm. 250 meters to subway stop: Old Town/Gamla Stan 1000 meters to the Central Station Size: Apartment size is 19 sqm/210 sqft. The apartment is located in the courtyard on ground floor. Restricted hight: Sleeping loft has restricted hight and a steep stair to climb. Noise disturbance: There is an in-house restaurant and the personnel have access to the courtyard. They close at 23:00. Some noise disturbance may occur due to deliveries etc. Digital app based keys: You will need to download an app for key Rules (see full rules under "House Rules"): -Strictly no guests except for confirmed guests in the booking and from our side explicitly agreed further guests in communication. Please ask if in any doubt. -If any extra guests are seen entering, we will cancel the booking with no refund as it is strictly against house rules. -With respect for neighbors: no partying (including "events" with friends) is allowed. -No smoking whatsoever - also NOT by the door or in the courtyard. Smoking will be penalized with SEK 2000. -No pets allowed.
