Independent house in the beautiful and quiet town of Tortellà, in La Garrotxa, with a large private back garden where you can enjoy good times with family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 small interior). Equipped with everything you may need: Wifi, TV, barbecue, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels ... Come and enjoy an enviable environment, a short distance from Sadernes, Besalú, Castellfollit, Olot, the volcanic area of La Garrotxa, Banyoles, Girona and Costa Brava. Coming from the street you enter to the living room equiped with a fireplace and a 3-seater sofa with a chaise longue and an armchair. It has TV Smart TV and Wifi. Next we go to the kitchen-dining room, with an extendable table for 4-6 people. Kitchen equipped with fridge with freezer, butane gas stove and electric oven, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, pans and pots, as well as kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, cups and glasses. Then we go to a bright gallery, perfect for playing, teleworking or as an extra space. From here you can access at the complete bathroom with shower and a laundry space with washing machine, available for you. Leaving, we pass a closed annex to the right and arrive at the patio-garden. It is a very long space just for you, equipped with a table, outdoor chairs and a parasol, with a large yew that provides shade in summer. You will find the built-in barbecue available for you, perfect to have a good time with your friends. In the upper part of the annex there is a covered space, perfect for rainy days or for hanging clothes. Returning to the house, going up to the first floor is where we find the rooms. One double with a 150 cm. bed, with access to a balcony overlooking the street. A room with 2 single beds. Both have a large wardrobe and we provide bedding, duvets and bedspreads. There is a third small interior room, equipped with a single folding bed, perfect in the case of wanting to accommodate a fifth person or wanting a different layout. In short, a perfect house to spend a few days in comfort in a privileged environment. The house is located in the center of the town of Tortellà, with very good road access and easy street parking within walking distance. In the town you have bars-restaurants, bread bakeries, small supermarket, kiosk, ATM. There are municipal swimming pools discovered at the exit of the town, with parking in front and a bar, open all summer. On the day of arrival if possible we will receive you and show you around the house. If the arrival is late you have independent access. The house is at the northern end of the core of Tortellà, a beautiful and quiet town, but very active and with many families who enjoy the fantastic environment and quality of life. In the town you have bars-restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, butcher, kiosk, ATM. There are municipal swimming pools uncovered at the exit of the town, with parking opposite and bar service, open all summer. In short, a perfect place to be comfortably and discover the attractions of the area. A few steps from the house you have free parking spaces on the street. To move around the town the distances are short and you can go on foot. There are good road accesses and you have a few kilometers many places of interest to visit. In Argelaguer, 3 km away, you have a Teisa bus stop with different daily routes to get to/from Barcelona, Olot, Besalú or Banyoles. Tourist tax not included, to be paid on arrival: 0,90€ per person per night (maximum 7 nights, under 17 years exempt)
