Semi detached 1930s house overlooking orchards.

Our house is near Restaurant Vroeg, Amelisweerd, Bunnik and Utrecht. You will enjoy my house because it has countryside atmosphere with a view of orchards and meadows at the back of the house. Kromme Rijn area with Rhijnauwen Castle is just across the road! You will rest peacefully on a Tempur mattress after having explored the beautiful surroundings. There's a busstop right in front of the door which will take you to Utrecht in less than 10 minutes. It is a great place for any kind of family! We have a beautiful tropical garden with palm trees, bamboo trees and banana trees. The house is decorated with lots of hand carved Indonesian teak furniture. The whole house is at your disposal, that means two bedrooms, one tv room, dining area, kitchen, garden, toilet, bathroom with 2nd toilet and fitted tub and finally our large attic - all the usual are around such as hoover, fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer etc. I will not be around but you can reach me by Whats App or by email any time you need. The A12 is very nearby, you just take the exit Bunnik and then it will take you another 10 minutes. It is about 3 kms from 'downtown' Bunnik with a very large AH (supermarket) and there is a busstop more or less in front of the house. This bus will take you to central Utrecht in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, we have to charge tourist tax, this is EUR 1,99 per night per person. Upon arrival we request you to pay this amount in cash to our neighbour who will give you the key and shows you around the house and I will have to pay your tax to the tax office at the end of the tax year.
