Very Central. great views, lovely warm home in the winter months and cool in the summer months, swimming pool and a very quiet neighbourhood 10 minutes walk to town 15 minutes to Hamilton Airport 20 minutes to Hamilton 20 minutes to Mystery Creek (Field Days) 40 minutes to Waitomo Caves and the Hobbiton. 45 minutes to Raglan 1 hour to Rotorua 1 hour 15 minutes to Taupo 1 hour 30 minutes to Mount Maunganui down stairs has its own small lounge tv ,toilet and shower, and a air conditioner. Also a swimming pool for you to use during the summer. The beds all have electric blankets Swimming pool If I can help in anyway with your travels please ask me. the neighbourhood is very quiet. public transport is only a 15 minute walk away. the entrance door that you can use downstairs is also the only way I can enter my home when its been locked up but while at home I don't need to go into that area unless I need to use the washing machine there, apart from that its very private for you .
