Nearby the local rugby stadium, is only a short 12minute stroll away. Seddon park is another 5 min walk beyond the rugby ground. Centre of Hamilton is a short drive of 5 mins away or total of 20 mins walk. The room is attached to the main house and you have full independence from it. However we are happy to share our home with you and your welcome to use the BBQ ,kitchen or just share a coffee or glass of wine. Shared laundry and washing line.
