U Residence 2 was a luxury apartment which located at karawaci tangerang U Residence has direct access to supermall lippo karawaci. It have many restaurants, cafe, and dining places surrounding this area, can be reached by foot, close to the golf range, UPH University, and Siloam hospital. With min 2 days stay, i hope you can refresh your body and soul . Enjoy the facility , mall , room & the environment. As a host ,i will do my best to make you comfort during stay. So lets stay at my place Studio type apartment on the 3th floor with size 32 m2: - bedroom (1 queen size + 1 ikea sofa bed) - bathroom ( soap ,shampoo& towel include) - Water heater for shower - kitchen( with LPG stove) - Complete cooking set - Lower galon dispenser(hot & cold water) - Refrigerator - Air conditioning - ammenities(cofee ,tea & noddle) I will give you my best service,but please present your best attitude. Feel as your own room & please clean up anything after use. If you bring so much stuff,You can use troli/cart to bring it upstairs. Just ask security to help you& please be kind to give them some tip. NOTE: - No pet allowed - No party inside - Please remain silent after 9PM - Do not take anything after stay,except ammenities - Every criminal ( IE : drugs & theft) will be reported to the police station there is 8 high speed elevator ( luxury & safe for disability) that could be use by access card. Use the access card to reach swimming pool& gym at the 5th floor. i am a full housewife with 1 son, so feel free to contact me anytime,ask anything & please be polite. I live 5km from the apartment, i will come to the apartment if there is immediate action required. there was someone beside our unit, remain silent after 9PM you can order online taxi ( gocar / grabcar) to take you around I want to give you a good experience during stay, so please keep everyting clean & tidy ,so the other could feel the same experience as you feel. thanks all,,
