Please note that we're following the Covid cleaning guidelines and offering a super-cleaned apartment for your stay. Ian and Bronnie Your quiet, sparkling clean unit has one bedroom with a queen bed, drawers and wardrobe. You'll have your own bathroom and shower. The lounge has a desk & a sofa / single bed . Free WIFI is available to guests, and there's a smart TV playing Netflix. There are complimentary tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, microwave and you have a private outdoor patio with table and chairs and a BBQ. We have a cat, so if you're allergic you might want to consider this. Off street parking is available for one vehicle, although we may occasionally ask you to move it temporarily if we need to get our car out of the garage. Downstairs is all yours, although the internal and external access to the garage may be locked while we're out. Hello, we're your hosts Ian and Bronnie. We're an outgoing married couple who enjoy meeting people from both New Zealand and overseas, except of course Australians if they beat any of our sports teams LOL. We're avid readers, love a good movie, and enjoy motorcycle riding and road trips. We're happy to have you stay with us, and we'll help you out with advice on dining, entertainment and fun places to visit during your stay. If you're here for an extended time we can discuss access to the kitchen and lounge upstairs if you want to do some home cooking, or possibly we will look at eating shared meals together at a reasonably priced extra charge. And of course we love to talk, so if you want to pop upstairs for a chat you'll be welcome. We're centrally located only 200 m's to the beach, cafe's, parks, shops, restaurants and bars. Our convenient location means you can park the car and stroll anywhere around town or to the beach at the end of the street. Our accommodation price doesn't include any meals. If you require a cooked or continental breakfast please let us know in advance of your arrival and tell us your preference and tastes when booking. We have a cat, and although we keep the guest bedroom door closed when not occupied you might want to consider this if you are allergic.
